1.⁠ ⁠Membership & Payment

•⁠ ⁠NJH Skin Club memberships have a 12-month minimum membership period.

•⁠ ⁠Membership payments are collected monthly by Direct Debit via GoCardless.

•⁠ ⁠Membership must remain active and payments must be up to date to access member benefits.

•⁠ ⁠Memberships are personal to the named member and cannot be transferred to another person.

•⁠ ⁠Membership tiers are:

 • Essential 45-Minute Club — £65 per month

 • Elevated 60-Minute Club — £85 per month

 • Ultimate Skin Club — £105 per month

2.⁠ ⁠Monthly Treatment

•⁠ ⁠Each membership includes one treatment per month, according to the membership tier selected.

•⁠ ⁠Monthly treatments must be booked through our online booking system.

•⁠ ⁠Included treatments have £0 payable at the time of booking for active members.

•⁠ ⁠Treatments must be selected from the eligible treatments available within your membership tier.

•⁠ ⁠Unused monthly treatments do not roll over to the following month and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or alternative services.

•⁠ ⁠All treatments are subject to professional assessment and clinical suitability.

3.⁠ ⁠Skincare Benefits

Members receive a discount on Obagi and ZO skincare products according to their membership tier:

•⁠ ⁠Essential 45-Minute Club — 5% off

•⁠ ⁠Elevated 60-Minute Club — 10% off

•⁠ ⁠Ultimate Skin Club — 15% off

•⁠ ⁠Discounts apply to eligible Obagi and ZO skincare products only.

•⁠ ⁠Skincare discounts cannot be combined with other offers, promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated.

•⁠ ⁠Skincare discounts are for the named member only and cannot be transferred to another person.

4.⁠ ⁠Skin Scanner

•⁠ ⁠All NJH Skin Club members receive 2 × complimentary Skin Scanner analyses per year.

•⁠ ⁠Skin Scanner analyses must be booked separately and are subject to availability.

•⁠ ⁠Unused Skin Scanner analyses do not roll over into the following membership year.

5.⁠ ⁠Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

•⁠ ⁠NJH Aesthetics’ standard cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to all Skin Club appointments.

•⁠ ⁠If you cancel or reschedule outside of the required notice period, or fail to attend your appointment, your included treatment for that month will be forfeited.

•⁠ ⁠Membership payments continue during the 12-month minimum membership period regardless of whether the monthly treatment is used.

•⁠ ⁠Members are responsible for booking their included treatments. NJH Aesthetics will not automatically schedule appointments on your behalf.

6.⁠ ⁠Treatment Suitability

•⁠ ⁠All treatments are subject to professional assessment and clinical suitability.

•⁠ ⁠Membership does not guarantee that a particular treatment will be appropriate for you.

•⁠ ⁠If a treatment is deemed unsuitable, NJH Aesthetics may recommend an alternative eligible treatment where appropriate.

•⁠ ⁠Treatments cannot be exchanged for cash or monetary credit.

7.⁠ ⁠Membership Cancellation

•⁠ ⁠The NJH Skin Club has a 12-month minimum membership commitment.

•⁠ ⁠If you choose to cancel your membership before the end of the initial 12-month period, the remaining balance for the remainder of the 12-month commitment will become payable.

•⁠ ⁠Once the initial 12-month period has ended, you may cancel your membership in accordance with our cancellation procedure.

•⁠ ⁠To cancel your membership, please contact NJH Aesthetics directly.

•⁠ ⁠Cancelling your Direct Debit does not automatically cancel your membership or any outstanding payments due.

•⁠ ⁠If a monthly payment fails or is missed, membership benefits will be immediately suspended. No included treatments, skincare discounts or other membership benefits may be used while an account is in arrears.

•⁠ ⁠Outstanding payments must be cleared before membership benefits are reinstated.

•⁠ ⁠Any missed payment does not remove or pause the member’s 12-month membership commitment or any payment obligations due under these Terms & Conditions.

•⁠ ⁠NJH Aesthetics reserves the right to recover any outstanding membership payments in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

8.⁠ ⁠Membership Changes

•⁠ ⁠NJH Aesthetics reserves the right to amend membership benefits, treatment availability and pricing.

•⁠ ⁠Where changes affect existing members, reasonable notice will be provided where applicable.

•⁠ ⁠Any benefits already paid for will not be removed retrospectively.

9.⁠ ⁠Important Information

•⁠ ⁠NJH Skin Club memberships are subject to availability and eligibility.

•⁠ ⁠Membership benefits are personal to the named member and cannot be shared, transferred or gifted.

•⁠ ⁠Membership benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or monetary credit.

•⁠ ⁠All treatments remain subject to NJH Aesthetics’ standard treatment policies and clinical assessment.

AGREEMENT

By joining the NJH Skin Club, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the 12-month minimum membership commitment and monthly Direct Debit payments.

NJH Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or suspend membership where these Terms & Conditions are not complied with.
